According to the <a href=\"http:\/\/education.mit.edu\/starlogo\/\">StarLogo site<\/a>, it is a &#8220;&#8230; programmable modeling environment for exploring the workings of decentralized systems &#8212; systems that are organized without an organizer, coordinated without a coordinator.
